Distillery Tour Tickets
Join us on a tour to get a taste of the good stuff we've got distilled! We'll walk you through how we go from organic, local grain to full flavored white whiskey as well as the lengths we'll go to barrel it to craft a smooth, aged whiskey. By the end you'll be steeped in whiskey knowledge and Western PA Whiskey Rebellion lore.
The $20 tour includes a whiskey, gin or rum cocktail to start, a hands on tour of our distillation process, a history of the Whiskey Rebellion told through the eyes of Philip Wigle, and a seated straight tasting. The total length of the tour is 1 hour and is limited in size to ensure a fun experience for everyone.
***Ticket exchange/Reschedule policy**** We understand that stuff comes up. If you need to reschedule for a different tour date, please let us know 72 hours in advance of your tour to allow for others to grab your spots. We can not accommodate requests made to exchange tickets received later than the 72 hour window. Please email email@example.com to reschedule tours.
Our public tours fill up fast! But if you can get a group of at least twelve folks together, we'll set up a tour just for you! Email firstname.lastname@example.org to set one up. We can accommodate up to 24 guests on a private tour and require a deposit in advance. Private tours on a Friday or Saturday cost $60/person, which includes your choice of a bottle of White Whiskey, Ginever, Landlocked or Landlocked Spiced. Private tours on any other day of the week cost $25/person and bottles are sold separately. In either case, a deposit of $300 is required to hold the time. Private tours last one hour and no outside food is permitted.
*Special note to bachelor parties We are sure you and your buddies are the utmost, awesome gentlemen. And we'd love to meet you when you're not in bachelor party mode. We do not serve alcohol or give tours to folks who arrive at the distillery intoxicated.
*Special note on those under 21 years of age We prefer if people on the tour are 21 and over. We do allow teenagers on the tour, but only people 21 and over can drink. For safety reasons, we can't allow anyone under the age of 12 on the tour.
Some additional info for those who have signed up for a cocktail class or tour: For those touring during the summertime, our tasting room is air conditioned, but the production area, which you will tour, is not. It is also filled with equipment that heats up. If it's a warm day outside, it will be warm in the production area. If it's hot outside, it will be hot in the production area. There are many romantic parts to distilling--the heat is not one of them. Wear cool, comfortable clothes and expect to sweat a bit. For those touring in the wintertime, did you read the summertime advisory above? The inverse is true of the distillery during Pittsburgh winters.
