Aside from being Wigle's eblast scribe, Birthday Club mistress, CSA maven, and numbers and statistics guru, Jill wears many hats in this life including food and flavor experimenter, Italian language teacher, airport volunteer, the biggest INXS fan in the entire world, runner, nutritional counselor, and author of the food fermentation book Fermented: A Four-Season Approach to Paleo Probiotic Foods. When she's not at Wigle, Jill and her husband, The Dude, do their best to support local Pittsburgh businesses, explore new-to-them tectonic plates, and try to live up to the high expectations of the world's best cat, Quincy.
